Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.

-------------------------

To be sad that Neil Armstrong passed away.

To hope Snooki doesn’t break her baby. I guess she had it the other day.

To hate that I had to open a non paying buyer case on a grown adult on eBay because she didn’t want to take the responsibility to pay for what she bid on.

To be ready for fall shows to start back up. I feel like I’ve been watching a lot of reality crap throughout the summer.

To not get why celebrities get to go to the front of lines. I read that Tom Cruise and daughter Suri got to cut all the lines at Disneyland. That is not fair. If that happened in front of me, I’d go “boooo!” really loudly. People who should get to cut lines? Teachers and military members.

To have already bought Halloween candy. What? They were already out at the commissary. I couldn’t resist mini Twix/Butterfinger/3 Musketeers bars. I’m only human.

To have a giveaway for an awesome milk gift pack here.

  1. I've also been thinking that I hope that Snookie turns out to be a better mom than expected.

    Cutting lines - Not Cool!

  2. Sorry about the ebay thing. That is tacky on her part.
I agree on the line at Disneyland thing. Also the disabled.

  5. It is never too early for Halloween candy! I agree that celebrities shouldn't get to cut lines. They already get enough handed to them. They can wait at Disneyworld. I mean, they probably didn't have to pay to get in anyway.

  6. The cutting in line thing... gives all those celebrities a false sense of superiority. They make commercials and get those products for free. They get handed everything. They never have to pay a dime on most things that they have... and they complain about taxes? C'mon. You're not THAT special! That military person you just cut in front of? THAT person is more deserving of it than you (the stars) are! You think you work so hard at what you do... but you have no idea what working hard really means. None.

  7. They got to cut the lines at Disney because they hired a Disney Guest Relations VIP tour guide. I'm not sure what they cost today, but a few years ago, they were around $80 per hour. Basically they pay for the tour guide and it gets them backstage access so they don't get mobbed in line. (If they don't hire a tour guide they have to stand in line like everyone else. I've seen it happen and the guests injure eachother trying to get autographs and pics, so it's also for safety.) Regular day guests can hire them too. So, while they're getting to the front of the line, they are definitely paying for it!

  8. I'm NOT okay with Halloween candy being out sooooo early. Here they've has candy and decorations out for nearly a month already. I hate the rush for holidays. Boo. (an not in a ghostly way!)

  9. I hate line cutting by anyone. Do celebrities then wonder why their children are snobby little you-know-whats?

  10. I was tempted to buy Halloween candy the other day. I am trying to resist buying any until October.

I didn't hear about the Tom Cruise thing, but it is so annoying. He can wait in line like everyone else. What lesson is he teaching his daughter by cutting?

  18. When we went to Disney World through Make a Wish we were able to skip ahead in lines with a special pass. We didn't realize this until day 3 at the park though! :/
