Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
------------

--To think it's cool that Jack the Ripper's identity might have been figured out.

--To refuse to make healthy spaghetti noodles because they taste like wet cardboard. The gluten free ones aren't horrible, honestly, but all the wheat ones I've tasted made me sad. And I can't feel sad when I'm eating pasta.

--To be bummed that Joan Rivers died. I really liked her humor.

--To feel better after I received comments and emails from my What Happens When You Have A Spirited Daughter post. Apparently they turn out okay. Phew.

--To be excited that my mom comes tomorrow! We're going to Disney On Ice on Thursday, and then the State Fair on Saturday. Oh, and The Melting Pot on Friday. Yum.

--To LOVE fair food. Fried stuff makes me happy. And turkey legs. I like it all.

--To love that Natalie drew Grumpy Cat at school.

  2. i read that jack the ripper article too. it's interesting how interesting how they found out the DNA.

and there's nothing wrong with regular ol' pasta. i hate that society is demonizing pasta as a terrible food for you. if you eat mountains of it daily, yes it's bad but once in a while is ok!

  7. I want to try that spiraled veggie spaghetti. Not enough to actually buy that spiraler or research recipes but you know what I mean.

  8. I love pasta. I can do the enriched pasta but I typically avoid the whole wheat pasta. My favorite is to make my own, but that's a total process.

    I love grumpy cat!

I don't care much for wheat noodles but the gluten free ones aren't bad! Although they get very dry, according to Scarlet.
