Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple!

Hey, It's Okay....

--To hope that everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving enjoys it!

--To be going to my Nana Jo's retirement village for Thanksgiving. It means I don't have to cook! It's amazing. I can act like a dude and just show up and eat.

--To be celebrating Thanksgiving AGAIN on Saturday. We're going to my mom and dad's house. This time I do have to cook a few things, but not everything, which thrills me.

--To be shopping Black Friday online. I can't deal with the people.

--To know I will never Boycott Hamilton. I still hope to see it. My son wants to see it too, since he enjoys history.

--To be pulling out our Christmas decorations this weekend.

--To think it's cute that Natalie loves Dan TDM so much. She found some pajamas at Walmart and was so excited:

    1. She'd love one, but I know I'd be stuck taking care of the pug. :/

Plus her Daddy says if we get any dog, it's going to be a German Shepard or a Corgi.

Meanwhile, I'm like, "Um, no dogs."

This week, I'm OK with indulging in multiple Thanksgiving dinners as well! (We've got Thanksgiving on Thursday, Friendsgiving on Monday AND Friday!)

  25. I'm not a Black Friday shopper at all. When I was younger I just didn't want to stay up late or wake up early and now I don't like dealing with the chaos. I prefer spending time with my family instead of shopping anyway.

  50. "Airing my laundry" is a figurative expression meaning to openly discuss or reveal personal matters or issues, often in a public or semi-public forum. It originates from the literal act of hanging laundry outside to dry, suggesting a willingness to expose one's private affairs to others. This expression is commonly used in informal conversations or discussions about sharing personal experiences or emotions.
