Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude.

Hey, It's Okay....

....to really want to see the movie Gifted. It sort of reminds me of I Am Sam.

....to think it's strange that all the entertainment news places are talking about Mama June's weight loss. I mean, great, but do I need all the details? And is she going to help her kids lose weight and encourage them to be healthier? I get it, I love my junk food, but moderation is the key.

....to be ready for the show Gotham to come back. It's been off long enough. I need to see Batman in training.

....to be going to have Easter dinner with my parents. I'm bringing the green bean casserole and deviled eggs. It's always nice to be able to spend time with family. For many years moving around due to the military, we couldn't.

....to be taking Natalie to Sea World on Saturday for an Easter egg hunt and brunch.

....to have gone to The Pearl to check out the farmer's market with my mom. I got some fresh bread and candied nuts! My Mom got this habanero honey and it's pretty amazing.

....to feel awful that Natalie broke her wrist. She was racing on her bike and flew off of it. I'll have more details this week.

  2. I really needed to read this. I think it's ok for me to be a little selfish my next trip back east and spend as much time with a terminally ill family member as I can. Everyone else can either understand or not, but it's about what's best for me and my family. Thanks for reminding us that it's ok!

  6. I've just read online the Mama June's fiasco. I might not agree with her choices but she is an adult, and wants to enjoy her life (like young people do). It's her life. She got no nice choices in life but that what she chose.. And guess what? She still earns on reality tV coz still many watches her show. She still wins.
