I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
Hey, It's Okay....
.....to not care that tons of Kardashians are pregnant at the moment.
....to get to go on a date with my husband for lunch this week. I think we might try out the new Shake Shack that opened. If you've been to one, what should we get?
....to have gone to Justice with my daughter and Mom over the weekend. First we at at The Cheesecake Factory, and I got an amazing pumpkin cheesecake. Yum. Then we went to Justice where my daughter signed up for their new rewards program and got some cute stuff. I'll write more about this on Thursday!
....to be proud of my son's report card. He got all As and Bs, and a C in Chemistry, but I can't say much, because I also got a C in Chemistry.
....to have taken Natalie to Six Flags on Sunday so she could do the Halloween stuff there. She rode a bunch of rides and did the scary stuff at night. Her favorite part was to hang out with the clowns, naturally.

We have a Cheesecake Factory here in Metro Detroit, and I've still never been.. I've heard it's fabulous! I barely made it through chemistry myself.. and yes, not the least bit concerned with the Kardashians.. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteYay for an awesome report card!!!
ReplyDeleteHHAHAH. First of all thank you. I am not really into the whole who is preggos in the hollywood scene too much in my life. LOL. How amazing how well he did in his report card!
ReplyDeleteHaha i agree, i don't care if the whole Kardashian, including all the Jenners to got pregnant. They are just helping people to look dumbed.
DeleteI loved Six Flags it was really fun! I also miss the cheesecake from. Cheesecake Factory! I love so many things in the US!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your son on his report card. I could care less about the Kardashians, pregnant or otherwise.
ReplyDeleteI was at Six Flags St. Louis on Saturday renewing my wedding vows. My daughter also got married. I'm hoping to go back by the end of October to experience the whole Fright Fest.
I refuse to listen to anything that has to do with the Kardashians, so I had no idea any of them were pregnant. Why does anyone care about them anyways? LOL.
ReplyDeleteAmber,
ReplyDeleteI could care less about all the Hollyweird hype, especially anything that has to do with the Kardasdians. Isn't there enough drama in one's life without being inundated by celebrities? We do have a Steak & Shake and they are good. The last time we ate there, we got the original double cheeseburger, regular fries, and a chocolate milk shake. We will certainly continue to get repeat business from us. Five Guys is another good place. Congrats to your boy for a fine report card. Natalie is a creepy clown for sure and one I do now wish to see on a dark street. lol Have a good week!
I don't keep up with the Kardashians so I have no idea what's going on in their life. I'm glad you're proud of your son's report card. He did a great job!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to find out I am not the only one who doesn't - I thought more of less everyone did haha!
DeleteI do not pay ANY attention to... THOSE WOMEN. And you know WHAT I am talking about. The fakeness and vapidness are just so so so unattractive. It's repulsive!
ReplyDeleteI CANNOT with THOSE WOMEN. I do not care. I do not care. I do not care. Their fakeness is beyond disgusting in my mind!
ReplyDeleteYum, I love Cheesecake Factory. Shake Shack is really good too although my favorite part are the shakes - the burgers/fries/chicken sandwiches are about average.
ReplyDeleteI could also care less about the Kardashians, their voices are the worst. They do eat some killer salads.
ReplyDeleteI am right there with you. The Kardashians are really not even on my radar. I don't understand why people follow them.
ReplyDeleteI loved your first one!! I have no idea why so many people care about the Kardashians or other celebrities! Awesome for a great report card!
ReplyDeleteHubby and I have date night every Friday for years. Can't pass up the cheesecake factory.
ReplyDeleteIt's okay that I took a night off from my side hustle. I was tired, and sometimes you just gotta. Looking forward to vacation so I can get ahead of the game a little bit.
ReplyDeleteI am really enjoying these Hey its Okay posts. There is so much coverage on the Kardashians pregnancies it is ridiculous. Cheesecake Factory is my favorite. We are going there on the weekend.
ReplyDeleteAnother great it's ok post! I got all As in chemistry. I became a chemist, lol! It's ok to get Cs too!
ReplyDeleteI wish the Kardashians would go away! No one cares!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you had a pretty amazing weekend with your mom and daughter. Can't wait to read all about it.
ReplyDeleteAwww congrats to your son, some of us where all Bs and Cs and a D if we were lucky lol
ReplyDeleteI don’t care that any of the Kardashian’s are pregnant either. This is such a fun series.
ReplyDeleteOMG, I have been ignoring the whole Kardashian/Jenner preggo thing. And, I went to the cheese cake factory near me for the first time last week. YUM!!
ReplyDeleteWho is Karda...karda what is that girls name? Its really OK to give a dam of that kind of nonsense! The whoke world would vr better than ok!
ReplyDeleteI'm most definitely ignoring the Kardashian. Life's too short to care about them! Well done on that school report though!
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Shake Shack! Have fun on your date with your husband.
ReplyDeleteHands up I don't care about the Kardashian's either ;) but a HUGE well done to you son!
ReplyDeleteI also could care less about the Kardashians...once none of my girls don't get pregnant before they finish college and have a husband. Congrats to your son!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your son on a great report card. If I were you, I would take him to Shake Shack to celebrate his hard work!
ReplyDeleteI love reading your it's ok so fun ! I LOVE the cheesecake factory! <3
ReplyDeleteThere isn't a Shake Shack near me, but I've heard good things about it :)
ReplyDeleteIt's cool that you made it out to Six Flag for the Halloween stuff. I wouldn't mind taking my daughter there!

ReplyDeleteWe just received quarter report cards too - good grades all around over here as well. We have an A in Physics, no Chemistry here yet.
ReplyDeleteha ha, indeed okay to have C in chemistry, its a tricky subject, but you know, I loved Organic Chemistry so much . It was my fav:). But ya great list and cool that your Son got all A's and B's in rest:)
ReplyDeleteMy kids want to go to Six Flags SO. BADLY. Just so badly.
ReplyDeleteThere's more than one pregnant Kardashian?! My sisters are pregnant and up until last month, my sister-in-law was too. It was tempting to join them, but alas, I didn't.
Congrats on the grades, that's awesome! I think this post is super cute.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute post. I never are to learn anything about the Kardashians. But yay on the grades. Enjoy!

I'm definitely doing this today!! We're on the same page with Kardashians.. And Six flags seemed really great place to hang out for Halloween!! ☺️
ReplyDeleteI mever kept up with the Kardashians so I have no idea what's going on in their life, only what I see on magizine covers while waiting in Target. I'ts great you're proud of your son's report card. He did a awesome job! Chemistry never kept my attention, I only got an A because I was trying to impress a boy in high school, lol.
ReplyDeleteAwesome Idea! I'll make my own list too. I think it'll be hilarious!
ReplyDeleteIt's ok that one does not keep up with events of Page 3 or about celebrities personal lives. There are so many more important things to focus in life.
ReplyDeleteSuch a great idea, not sure what I'd put on my own list but I might start soon
ReplyDeleteI had no idea about the Kardashians but then again I don't keep up too much with their happenings. Also, the Shake Shack is such a great place- I have friends that rave about it.
ReplyDeletemy favorite part about this how proud you are of your son's report card. it's so sweet that he has a proud momma. oh and also, i did hear that a few of the kardashian sisters are currently pregnant but i havent been keeping up with the news beyond that.
ReplyDeleteSome people care too much about some really ridiculous stuff. To each his own, but come on people.
ReplyDeleteI think it's sweet that you are going on a date with your husband for lunch. And heck, I'm even proud of yours son's report card.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to your son on his report card mama! Its always a proud moment for the parents!Looks like you had a good time with your daughter too! I could care less about the Kardashians, pregnant or otherwise!lol!
ReplyDeleteSuchi
It's really important for married couples to still go on dates, provided that you have a babysitter. Your son's report card is amazing, I recently learned that 80% of your child's intelligence comes from the mom!
ReplyDeleteI do NOT keep up with the kardashians so had no idea that they were pregnant! haha :D and now you are making me crave cheesecake, love their Godiva one the most.

Things that I admire about the Kardashians: think skin, andvthe ability to profit and market their life no matter the consequences. Genius (in a business way)
ReplyDeleteHaha I also don't care about the Kardashian's being pregnant, I mean good for them but do we really care? No LOL.
ReplyDeleteI watched the K show early on before they went cray - cray. Now I have better things to do with my time. But, it's ok if you do.
ReplyDeleteWere planning on going to Six Flags next Halloween when the kids are a bit older. I hear its awesome. Thanks for the heads up on Justice. Iam gonna sign my daughter up. Congrats to your son on the C in Chem. Chem is hard!
ReplyDeleteI love going to Six Flags, especially during Fright Fest. I think it is fun to be scared. We always have had lots of fun and laughs when we went.
