Exploring Pandora At Walt Disney World

I admit, I have not seen Avatar all the way through. I've just seen bits and pieces of it. But this didn't stop my excitement on wanting to explore Pandora at Walt Disney World.

It's located at Animal Kingdom, and it's based on the world in Avatar.

The first thing we did when we got there was eat at the Satu'li Canteen:

A tip I have for eating here is to do a mobile order. We used the My Disney Experience app and picked what we wanted. We got to skip the long line and our food was ready when we got there.

I highly recommend the beef bowl:

I also had to try the blueberry cream cheese mousse dessert:

It was not only pretty, but delicious! We would eat here again.

There are two rides in Pandora: Rivers Of Light and Flight Of Passage. Flight Of Passage always has crazy long lines, so I recommend a Fast Pass.

We went on Rivers Of Light first, and it was a comfortable boat ride. But I don't recommend waiting more than an hour for this:

The Flights Of Passage ride is incredibly fun. I was nervous at first since it's a simulator ride where you feel like you're flying on a Banshee. But I loved it!

Oh, and guess what? They have banshees for sale! They were about $80, so no way would I pay that much, but they are fun to play with while you're there:

There's always something cool going on in Pandora. For example, this guy came out:

And if you got hot, well, stop by Pongu Pongu and get a Night Blossom. It's layers of apple and desert pear limeade topped with passion fruit boba balls. This was a hit!

It truly is a beautiful area. But be careful, there are spots where water spits out at you. It feels amazing in the Florida heat:

There are Photopass people standing around for some cool shots too:

I hope to see it at night one day. I hear it's beautiful with all the lights then.

Have you ever explored Pandora?
