Noli's Vite In New Braunfels TX Review

Italian food. I love it. I eat a ton of pasta without guilt. It means I'll never be a size 0, but who wants to be a size 0 if you can't have tons of pasta? Not me. Pass.

Anyway, my mom heard of an Italian restaurant in New Braunfels called Noli's Vite and asked if I wanted to go. Of course I wanted to go because, as mentioned above, I love pasta.

It's located in a comfortable building and everything looks new and shiny.

The menu is impressive with tons of fabulous dishes.

We sat inside, but there is outside seating as well. We remained indoors because this is Texas, and it's hot. It was a pleasant atmosphere in doors.

All tables get  bread and oil and boy is that bread delicious. Yes, you can get more if you're like me and eat like 3 of the rolls.

There are also lunch specials everyday from 11-3:

There are plenty of wine selections, but I opted for my Diet Coke, because, well, Diet Coke is amazing. And I was thrilled that Noli's Vite had Coke products.

I asked Natalie to look super excited because we were getting ITALIAN FOOD and she gave me the typical teen response. You know the one where they give the kind of smile that makes it seem like they're being tortured? It's like pardon ME for thinking you're lovely and wanting to keep the memory forever.

With most dishes, you can opt for a house salad or chicken soup. I went for the salad and it came with your choice of dressing. I picked a balsamic vinaigrette:

Tommy went for the chicken soup and said it was great. As his Bob Ross shirt says, he was HAPPY with it.

For my main dish, I got a delicious ziti dish that came with lots of tomatoes and garlic. It was flavorful and I got a large portion. I ate half and took the rest to go for a future meal:

There was no to go box for Tommy. He gobbled up his spaghetti and meatballs:

Of course we saved room for dessert. This cannoli was incredible. I hate when I'm given a cannoli with a soft shell. This one was firm and the flavor was there. Also, yum, I'm always happy when chocolate is added:

So if you're looking for a charming Italian restaurant, head to Noli's Vite. As I mentioned, it's located in New Braunfels. You'll be supporting a small business because Noli is the owner and it's a family-operated restaurant. They open at 11 during the week and stay open until the late evening. You can click here to check out the menu and learn more about the place.

Do you love Italian food?
