Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

HEY, IT'S OKAY....

....to hope everyone who celebrates the 4th of July had a good day. We went to Texas Roadhouse and pigged out on rolls. Then we came home, relaxed, and watched the neighborhood fireworks.

....to wish people would pick up after their fireworks. Our street is littered with fireworks trash now because apparently it's too difficult for people to clean up after themselves.

.....to be happy fireworks are back at Walt Disney World. We go at the end of the month so it'll be nice to see them again.

.....to currently be reading The Good Sister by Sally Hepworth. It's about twins. When they were younger, something terrible happened. Now as adults one of the twins has to stick to a routine or things can get dangerous and the other is struggling to get pregnant. It's interesting. One of the twins, Fern, has a lot of autism behaviors, but that hasn't been confirmed in the book.

.....to have let Natalie go to the beach for a week with her friend. She's having a fabulous time but I'm missing her. It's been quiet in the house.

  5. I wish the same thing every New Year's day or even at ordinary days. People should always clean up after themselves.
