I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
....to be sorry the Queen has died. I will admit I am not a fan of King Charles as I didn't like the way he treated Diana. It was uncalled for and disgusting. But I don't agree with people bashing Queen Consort Camilla. Yes, she cheated as well, but it was Charles who made the vows.
....to currently be reading I'll Be You by Janelle Brown. It's about identical twins with very different personalities--Sam is the more outspoken one; Elli is quiet. They are discovered on the beach and end up in Hollywood on a TV show. Sam loves acting; Elli isn't as keen but does it for Sam. As adults, Sam is addicted to booze and drugs but decides to get clean. For now. She's called home and asked to help with Elli's adopted daughter--Sam didn't even realize Elli even had a daughter since it's been ages since they've spoken. Sam returns home and realizes that Elli is in some sort of bizarre cult and strives to get her out of it. This book is a crazy ride, let me tell you.
....to be going to Howl-O-Scream at Seaworld this weekend. There are haunted houses and all sorts of spooky characters walking around. Plus entertainment, but we're mostly there for the houses.
.....to love this Photopass spot in front of the Tangled bathrooms at Magic Kingdom. I know it seems like a bizarre spot, but the bathrooms are gorgeous. It starts in the evening and the line is usually a bit long, but worth it to wait, especially if you love Tangled. And bonus, if you have to pee, you're near a bathroom.
Such a beautiful photo spot. I actually love that it's conveniently near the restroom.
ReplyDeleteI love that you discuss a bunch of random subjects in one post! My mind totally works like this, so I enjoy reading it. Lol

ReplyDeleteI'm right there with you on King Charles III. He was young, stupid and privileged. How his sons are so much different is a wonder.
ReplyDeleteI love the photo pass shot that you got. I wish that I lived close enough to take my son to the Halloween event at Sea World.
ReplyDeleteThe lanterns are definitely what helps bring that extra something to the photo spot, for sure!
ReplyDeleteI am sorry for the Queen Elisabeth too! She was a great personality and a symbol of my times!

ReplyDeleteI always love these posts and I am with you... I am so sad the queen died and I am not a huge fan of the King either. I may have to check out that book you are reading too :)
