So my husband and I were out on a lunch date and we thought, hmm, we want something sweet. I looked up desserts on the phone and Handel's Homemade Ice Cream popped up since it was nearby. We decided to head over, and I'm glad we did because look:
Doesn't that look incredible? It tasted as good as it looks. They did not skimp on that hot fudge.
Here's the outside of the store:
The menu is impressive. There's sundaes, and malts, and milkshakes, and floats, and even treats for your pup! You'll be sure to find something you'll enjoy at Handel's.
I was tempted to get this because there were so many different ice cream flavors. You can sample as many as you wish but if you can't decide, this is the perfect option:

I decided on the hot fudge sundae with the buckeye ice cream. I was a bit full from lunch so I did it in a regular bowl, however, they had delicious looking chocolate dipped waffle bowls. I am so getting one next time.
My husband went with the birthday cake flavor and it was also fantastic:
It's small inside but there are tables outside as well. And you can get pints and quarts of your fave ice cream flavor to go!
