Five Nights At Freddy's Meal At Popeyes

The sequel to Five Nights At Freddy comes to theaters on December 5th. My daughter cannot wait. I did see the first movie with her and actually liked it. I was surprised, because the game it is based off looked terrifying. There were characters popping out at you (jump scares) and my frantic heart could not take it. 

Popeyes did a collab with Five Nights At Freddy much to the confusion of many--after all, the movie is set in a pizzeria so everyone assumed some pizza company would do one. But nope. 

I ordered the Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box for $12.99. It came with 3 garlic parmesan chicken tenders, 10 cheesy bites, 1 biscuit, marinara sauce, a drink, and Chica's cupcake cup. 

Now, I was supposed to get packaging on the box as well, and did not. Just the cup. So that was disappointing. If a company is going to boast about a collab, they need to have ALL the proper packaging on hand:

So was it any good? Well, the chicken tender had a bold garlic parmesan taste, so have a mint on hand if you plan on kissing someone after. I think they should have come with a free sauce, but I was told I had to pay for one. I guess they assumed we could dip them in the marinara? I'm too cheap, so I declined. 

I did like the cheesy bites. If you just want to get them, they are $3.99, so if anything, I'd order these again. They had a nice flavor.

The cupcake cup wasn't the best. It was a strawberry cake with pink frosting, and the frosting had an artificial taste to it. Some people will love it though. If you just want the cupcake cup, you can order one on its own. 

So basically I'd just get the cheesy bites again. I would get the garlic parmesan tenders so long as they came with a sauce.
