Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post. Grab the button if you'd like!
------------

--To be excited to see the new Mockingjay trailer. (You can watch here!)

--To still think Kanye West is an ass. He expected everyone to stand at his concert and not everyone could because they were in wheelchairs.

--To have loved going to the Oklahoma State Fair. I love fairs! Naturally, it's the food that excites me the most. But it's okay, because you do a lot of walking at fairs.

--To be making my Disney World restaurant reservations TOMORROW. I have to wake up at 450 AM. Why? Because the phone lines open in Florida at 6 AM their time. Meaning 5 my time. Yes, I could do it online but I hear online can be wonky and dang it, I want everything that I have on my list.

--To have a giveaway for a prize pack for the new Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day movie (in theaters October 10th) here.

--To love The Melting Pot desserts. I went with my Mom and she opted to NOT have a dessert. Crazy. (You can see photos from our Melting Pot trip on my Instagram!)

--To love fall foods and drinks. I've said this before, but it's true! Here are my latest finds:

And yes, everything is delicious.

  1. Fair food is always so good, the walking around totally justifies all the calories. Haha! The cider sounds delicious.

  2. I saw the kisses but I hesitated... they didn't seem like they would be good. I did find some carmel apple oreos that are begging me to buy them though.

  4. Not gonna lie - I'm like your mom. I usually fill up so much on everything else that I'm stuffed by the time dessert comes around.

  8. I might have missed this but when are you going to Disney? We're planning on surprising our daughter with a trip in April. Considering she's been begging to go back, it's going to be a hard surprise.

Also, I *might* have shrieked when I saw the Mockingjay trailer yesterday and I'm looking forward to that movie. The child can come along if she wants.

  9. That was despicable what Kanye did.
I'm not a carnival person anymore, as indicated by my recent blog post.
I love fall food too. Bring on the pumpkin pie and candy corn! I can't wait for it to be cold enough to justify drinking hot cocoa. I have a great s'mores pie recipe, if you're interested. :)

  22. Disney World restaurants sound fun, though the reservation process may not be quite as fun...and we are very excited to see Mockingjay when it comes out, though we haven't yet figured out when or if it will be coming out in Chinese theaters...
