Hey, It's Okay

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.

....to have thought that Natalie might have gotten an A on her test when I heard her screech from her room but it turns out, no, it's because Billie Eilish announced she'll have a documentary released on theaters and Apple TV in February.

.....to hope Natalie does well when she goes back to in person school--she returns October 5th. Yup, masks are required and there's sanitizer everywhere. Plus Natalie is bringing her own. Am I nervous? A little. But she's one of those students who NEEDS in person school. She gets too distracted at home.

....to know I'll miss my husband when he deploys. He's set to leave soon so it'll just be me with the kids. And normally when he goes, everything breaks. This is why my chocolate drawer has been well stocked.

.....to currently be reading Big Summer by Jennifer Weiner. It's about a plus-size Instagram influencer which I love. She has to go to the wedding of her ex best friend and, well...it probably won't go smoothly.

....to love this inflatable "The Child" that I picked up from Walmart. Our Child who we named  Steve was in awe.

  2. We have been in school “in person” since Aug 31. Masks required and cohorts so we have small numbers. We are a district of about maybe 2000 in 4 schools. Just one case. It will be okay. Pack extra masks

  4. Deployment time sounds like it can be a little difficult. It is funny when kids get involved in pop culture so deeply.

  9. Thinking of you all during these times as you prepare for your hubby to deploy again. I can imagine it's hard to adjust to life with him not there, just as it may be hard to adjust when he returns too. Sending big hugs!

  16. Hope your husband will have a good deploy and Natalie will have a good school year. My daughters except my oldest whose in college might be going back to school in-person in October also. There aren’t many details, but I’m a bit scared. Also a link party seems like an awesome idea. Thanks for sharing!

  25. It's so weird how much more preparation is needed for kids to go back to school. Things that we never thought would be necessary like masks, sensitiser etc. I just wish pepole were taking it as seriously as it is over here, but so far they're not. And it shows in the numbers.

First, Jordan was the beneficiary of expansion twice. In 1988 and 1989, the NBA added four teams (the Heat, Hornets, Timberwolves, and Magic), diluting the talent pool Coach Handbags Clearance across the Association. Coupled with the decline of the Lakers and Celtics in the early Jordan marched through a league still on the rebound..
