I got this idea from Glamour magazine. You can link up any day of the week. All you have to do is make a list of what you're okay about. Simple! Please do not link up a post that has nothing to do with Hey, It's Okay. It's rude and I'll delete the link.
HEY, IT'S OKAY....
.....to hope everyone had a relaxing long weekend but also remembered why they had the long weekend. It seems many forget or will say Happy Memorial Day as though it's a fun holiday.
.....to can't believe Natalie is nearly done with her freshman year of High School. Her last day is Thursday. She didn't have to take any of her finals since she had above an 80% in all her classes.
.....to have loved the 2 episodes that are out of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+. It was fun seeing little Leia and the new characters.
.....to still need to finish Stranger Things 4. I just finished episode 4 and that was intense.
.....to have picked up these Pride Oreos. As many of you know, Natalie is pansexual, but before she told me I always believed that love is love. Be who you are. Speak your truth. I love the messages on the package. I do wish the frosting was rainbow, but it's okay:
Those oreos are cool!
ReplyDeleteWe bought those Oreos too. My daughter Emily recently told me she is pansexual as well. And it’s because of your post about Natalie that I remembered what it was. Love is love and I agree with you about that. And Oreos are great. A beautiful package that spreads a good message with them. That’s even better
ReplyDeleteI need those in my life! for one thing, I love Oreos. For another, I love that they're supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
ReplyDeleteMy children and many of my grandchildren have been so excited about the new Star Wars series installment!
ReplyDeleteThat is cool that Natalie does not have to take the finals. My son would have loved that at his school as he was #1 in his freshman class.
ReplyDeleteGood for Oreo! I agree - Love is love!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great article to read, plus those Oreo looks absolutely delicious! Got to find this too!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it's the end of the year! that seemed to go by fast. Good for her for keeping such great grades!
ReplyDeleteThose Oreos are great for sending encouraging messages to our friends, whatever their sexual orientation is.
ReplyDeleteI saw these oreos at the store the other day and thought how fun and inspirational they were, to be proud as I would eat the whole container....LOL!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to have that Oreo for the Pride month! Planning on giving them away.
ReplyDeleteI love these Pride Oreos. They are so cute. I hope to find them in my store.
ReplyDeleteWow! This pride Oreo looks absolutely amazing and delicious! I wish we had this in the nearest store in my place
ReplyDeleteNot long left for Natalie. I bet she is looking forward to having a break. I've just started watching Stranger Things. I'm only on the 3rd one on the 2nd series so far.
ReplyDeleteThose oreos are cool! These school years are going fast
ReplyDeleteI have looked for those oreo's around my area, couldn't find them. Will keep looking.
ReplyDeleteI will have to look for those Oreos. I'm also a proud mom of kids in the LGTBQ community. I think it is a lot easier for kids to come to terms with their sexuality when their parents are accepting of other lifestyles and love their kids unconditionally. We just finished Episode 4 of Stranger Things too. It seems creepier than the other seasons.
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched the initial episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi, I need to catch up soon!
ReplyDeleteI still need to start Stranger Things 4! And I love those Oreos, but I wish the frosting was a rainbow too :)
