HEY, IT'S OKAY....
.....to have enjoyed having Tommy home for Labor Day weekend. We basically just relaxed in the house. It was nice having him back. We took him back to his dorm Monday evening.
.....to still be waiting for Texas to cool down. It's going to be triple digits all week again. I'm over it! It's nearly fall. Stop it!
......to have loved seeing all the Halloween decor out. I know people say it's early, but it's never too early for spooky decor in my eyes. You can find some cool stuff at Spirit Halloween and Lowe's. I think they are putting out the decor at Walmart and Target as well so I'll check those out soon.
.....to be planning a trip to Disneyland June 2024. I was there when I was 5 so it's been a while. My kids have never been. Normally we go to Disney World but we've decided we want to check out the original. While we are there, we're doing the Warner Bros Studio Tour so we can see Stars Hollow, the town from Gilmore Girls. I'm nervous because it's all new and we'll be relying on Lyfts to get around, but I know we'll have a blast.
......to love that Natalie enjoys the movie Titanic as much as I do. You never know if your kids will like what you like. We found this costume for cheap online--it's from the I'm Flying scene and no, the costume isn't perfect, but it works! Plus she got a beautiful necklace from Aurelia Jewels' Titanic collection. Sorry you're not enjoying the heat. Lol! It's triple digits here in Ontario, CA as well but I'm soaking up every minute of these last days of summer.

ReplyDeleteI don't like stinking hot weather nor do I like it when it is bloody cold but that's ok just as it is ok for you to feel how you are feeling
ReplyDeleteIt has cooled off here down to 87. I am enjoying not having to run the swamp cooler as it is noisy.
